Tom's Death.
Hello all, i've been busy watching all the trials, therefore i havent updated for a long time. I've come with a bad news, and that is that Tom has died. The All-White Jury sentenced him to death and before anybody could do anything, Tom was shot to death during his escape. However, it took the jury a long time to come to a decision, maybe somewhere within the panel of jury, there's one with brains and he/she could see that Tom is innocent. Bob was the only one at fault. But bad would not triumph over the good, Bob got his deserts, everybody in Maycomb know about what he had done. However, the law did not do anything to him. He was let free... i wonder what would happen to Mayella afterwhich, he would continue to do stuffs to harm his daughter. What a terrible man! From the case of Tom Robinson, i finally know what is the meaning of ' It's a sin to kill a mockingbird ' Tom did not do anything wrong and he was being sentenced to death. Just like Boo Radley, i didn't even see him come out of his house once, and people started saying that he was a phantom that comes out at night to peek into the houses. What a joke? Don't the people in Maycomb see the point? I'm how many years younger than them and i could see it, shame on them.
Damn Mayella.
Damn Mayella, Damn her. Doesn't she knows that she is obstructing justice? And what's wrong treating her with politeness? Cry during one of the trials, what's wrong with her? I know if she told the truth, bad things would befall her, but does she know that if she doesn't say the truth out, Tom would die, and what would happen to his family and friends? There are so many faults within her testimonial. Can't the judge see? I'm beginning to see what is the reality. Tom is innocent and Mayella's father Bob is the one doing all the wrong things to her, doesn't she know what is true and what is false? what is wrong and what is right? How glad i am to have Atticus my father, instilling all the good values and morals in me. However, as we look from another angle, Mayella doesn't want to tell the truth as after she tells the truth and go home with her father afterwhich, her father would treat her like rubbish, continue to abuse her. But that's still so selfish of her, she's saving herself from abuse at the cost of Tom's life. Well, what can i say? Its Human Nature.
